ちょっと具合が悪い時の決まり文句。
昔、船乗りは具合が悪くなるとデッキ（空が見えない）に移されたことが由来らしい。

I'm feeling under the weather.
気分が悪いです。

I'm feeling a bit under the weather.
少し気分が悪いです。

普通に使用できそうです。
